Welcome to the "1st" annual Northeast Texas Festival
Due to heavy rains in early 2009, the 1st annual Anna GlowFest was rescheduled for the first week of November... Jokingly renamed Anna 1.5. Seventeen balloons were enlisted to participate in Anna 1.5 and mild weather was finally in the forecast. Here you see “Serenity Now” being cold packed during the second morning of this two day event.
