A little sand, a little water and a lot of time.
Here you can see other hikers in the distance coming into the canyon as the rain stopped. After seeing several other hikers and discussing the weather with them I decided to stay inside the canyon and take more photographs... Thank goodness for my new Lowepro Dryzone backpack which kept my equipment nice and dry throughout my adventure this day.
